Education/Writing/Acting Education: Carmel High for Girls, Advanced Acting junior (1986-1987) and senior year (1987-1988). Graduate of Institute of Children’s Literature July 7, 2003, studied Principles of Acting, and Stage-Play Analysis for Production through College of Lake County 2006. Acting experience in theatre plays: The Hobbit, Mama’s Family – both in Carmel High; Fall Festival – performed, “You’ve Got a Friend” Writing/Publication Experience: I wrote/illustrated and self-published my first novel, Amber Shadows and the Missing Wands and have numerous works posted on AuthorsDen.com. Since joining AuthorsDen.com the first five chapter preview of Amber Shadows and the Missing Wands had been listed as one of the most popular young adult/teen novels. In 2006, I won publication for a piece called Magical Love, published by Joyous Publishing in Internationally Yours: Prize Winning Stories. I have had numerous poetry works published in the United States and works published on the web in the United Kingdom and through Noble House. Upon graduating from Institute of Children's Literature in 2003, I have planned a four book Amber Shadows series and currently, I am working on revising the second book, Amber Shadows and the Crystal Locket.
