Jeff Ovall
Retired as a Chief Warrant Officer (W4) in the United States Coast Guard after 26 years active duty, Jeff Ovall is a prolific writer whose opinions and anecdotal stories have appeared in numerous periodicals including the daily newspapers of Washington, DC - where he makes his home with his wife Debra of 27 years, his two grown children and granddaughter. His short story, The Rocking Chair, won first place in the national 2003 Otherworlds Sci-Fi short story contest.
