Acanthus( lilac)

we dream of sea-mist softened of eyes
rise and settings of shapes of light
and images of lust hieroglyphs
invisible dawns of sexual pleasure
repressed atonement’s of captive sins

flowers and pearls woven in twilight pairs

feeling of breasts sand bars
of higher touch
white as fleeing doves
sailing across a sea of your eyes
and kiss the skin of harvest-time

a madwoman for love
for scented silk and marble veins
the idle libertine waits

wind’s flutes
wave’s motion lyric interludes

orange is the moon tonight
and from inside your heart
you give me acanthus tempered light
